Responsible for the management of Princess enrichment programs which includes the hiring of destinational speakers for each vessel / itinerary as well as specialty lecturers and high-end expert lecturers.
As each voyage is completed, evaluate the success of each individual lecturer and make recommendations for future voyages accordingly.
Oversee the management of Computer Lecturers; Bridge Directors; Arts and Crafts; Clergy and Pottery Instructors. Maintain effective business relationships with various outside vendors as well as direct bookings.
Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, objectives, and applicable government laws and regulations.
