SeaAir Consulting of Guernsey is not a recruitment agency. We are consulting service assisting would be future cruise vessel's Personnel in finding and facilitating their path through fast, smooth and time effective search in order to getting employed aboard.
With network of currently 16 IMECs (Independent Maritime Employment Consultants) we serve approx. 100-150 prospective candidates each year, 25% of which get successfully employed.
There is a scheme of professional testing known as PAT that is mandatory for all candidates and candidate is responsible for penalty clearance as well as for paying a fee for such testing.
