Job Description:
Areas of responsibility:Co-responsible for entire bar and lounge operations
Personal guest service
Service in bar, lounge and sundeck
Co-responsible for daily mise-en-place and mixing of drinks according to instructions
Co-responsible for daily settlement of accounts
Assist in loading and ordering goods
Co-responsible for cleanliness in bar and lounge areas
Profile:
Secondary School education
At least 1 year of Bartending experience
Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
Customer-oriented
At least 20 years old
