Job Description:
Candidate needs to have solid experience as sommelier as well as management experience in a 4-5* environment. Ship's experience would be considered a definite plus. Extensive knowledge of wine and liquors is required as well as computer-literacy and fluent English. Should be good at problem solving and have very good costumer-service and communication skills. Has to be able to manage, train and motivate an international team. USCPH or HACCP is a plus
