Job Description:
We are seeking a highly professional, well polished individuals to anticipate and guide Retail Shipboard Staff, delivering exceptional Service to the Guests onboard Cruise Ships.QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a Retail & Managerial position
Outgoing and pleasant personality
Excellent communication skills
Good administrative skills
Understanding of highest level of service
Ability to handle Resident and guest concerns and to perform well under pressure
Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving
Punctual
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the entire Retail Operations onboard
Ability to perform accounting & administration functions.
Management & Supervision of all Retail Staff onboard
Must have experience in Fine Jewellery, Fragrance, Cosmetic & Boutique style Retail to enable results are adhered & maintained.
