Job Description:
Candidate needs to have at least 2 years of experience as sommelier in a fast pace 4 or 5 star Hotel/Bars catering to an international clientele as well as one year of working experience as a supervisor in a dining room environment.Must have a working knowledge of wine lists of various regions and a fluent knowledge of English. Ship's experience would be a plus. Candidate must be well-groomed and have an outgoing, friendly and courteous personality as well as a well-groomed appearance. Must be flexible and stress-resistant
