Job Description:
Candidate must possess several years of relevant experience in upper class hotels or restaurants. Ship's experience would be prefered. A strong background in restaurant service is required as well as experience in banqueting, front of the house and back of the house operations. Fluent English is a must. Any additional language like German or French would be a plus. Must have good leadership skills and a pleasant, well-groomed appearance
