Job Description:
Candidate must have proven bartender experience with superior sales and customer service skills. 4-6 years of managerial experience with staff of 50 or more, with a focus on bar operations in 4/5 star hotels or restaurants is required as well as an understanding of the ship’s financials and reporting and knowledge of USPH or HACCP.
