Responsibilities will include:
• Managing, motivating, training, and evaluating a team that excels in delivering industry leading service to all our guests.
• Taking an active and leadership role in "Owning the Problem" and "Delivering
the Wow" while embracing an ambassador's role in tutoring other divisions on the key drivers of these standards.
• Develop and maintain strong rapport with the Human Resources Manager and Financial Controller.
• Cultivate a trend for eliminating repeat problems and find long term solutions.
• Present issues to a higher management level only when absolutely necessary.
• Effectively balance operational needs between the Financial and Guest Services Divisions to optimize positive guest comments and overall ratings.

Candidates are required to:
• Have at the minimum a high school degree / GED.
• Minimum 2 years front-of-house managerial / operational experience in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exemplary customer and personal service including needs assessment, problem resolution, and achievement of quality service standards.
• Be able to speak, read, and write English
• Meet physical requirements including lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Accommodate a 4 months on / 2 months off contract schedule for this onboard position.
