Job Description:
The Hygiene Manager is responsible for carrying out shipboard hygiene and sanitation inspections in order to help achieve and maintain food and water safety on board. Their role is to help protect the public health of all passengers and crew and to minimise the risk of any food or water related illness and relevant communicable diseases.The Hygiene Manager interacts with all department heads within deck, technical and hotel on board and reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director. They will also liaise with and report significant public health issues to the Hotel Operations Manager and Senior Public Health Officer.
