Service and Hospitality Jobs

Bar Manager

Responsible for the operation and supervision of all public bars, lounges, crew bar and beverage service in the restaurants and decks. In charge of the direction, supervision, performance, training and evaluation of all positions within the bar department.

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager’s primary responsibility is to assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the management of all shipboard food and beverage related operations.

Chief Baker

The Chief Baker enables his/her team by ensuring equipment and sanitation standards are always met; supplies and inventories are readily available; expectations are communicated; recipes are current and training is on-going.

Seasonal Youth Counselor

The Seasonal youth Counselor is responsible for the supervision and control of all youth and teen activities as it relates to the Passenger programs and Entertainment Department.

Full-time Youth Counselor

The Youth Counselor is responsible for the supervision and control of all youth and teen activities as it relates to the Passenger programs and Entertainment Department.

Doctor

To provide the best medical service possible to passengers and crew, and to assist the Staff Captain in all USPH related matters.

Nurse

To provide the best possible medical service to passengers and crew. In order to consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Broadcast Technician

Under the direction of the Cruise Director and Assistant Cruise Director, the Broadcast Technician is responsible for total operation of the Broadcast Center and videotaping of events onboard the ship.
