Bar Manager

The ideal candidatel must have strong proven leadership abilities and a vision for quality and excellence in food & beverage operations; possess excellent guest problem resolution experience and skill as well as the ability to remain positive and calm under pressure.

Cruise Director

Responsibilities include:

approve personnel actions such as new hire requests and discharges, to ensure proper staffing
review financial transactions and monitors budget to ensure efficient operation
oversee all entertainment presentations, activities and quality in all venues, including but not limited to dinning rooms, specialty restaurants, bars, lounges, etc.
reviews schedule to estimate time requirements to ensure speed and efficiency
serve as master of ceremonies for shows and events presented by the Cruise Director's Division by taking part in skits, and/or simple dance routines
confer with ship management to plan and integrate all departments and product offerings to enhance the guest experience through food, beverage, shore excursions, gift shops, etc.

Executive Sous Chef

Responsibilities include:

recording production and operational data
maintaining food costs at reasonable levels without affecting quality and standards
review personnel actions such as new hire requests and discharges, to ensure proper staffing
train and monitor all levels of cooks and chefs for proper skill and service
monitor and test foods being cooked by viewing, tasting, and smelling

Hotel Director

Responsibilities include:

recruit, motivate, and develop staff in Hotel Department
ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing quality guest services and amenities within corporate standards
continually encourages teamwork and cooperation between all Hotel shipboard employees and Marine shipboard employees
keep Captain and marine management team informed of Hotel activities
implement the business and operating budget plans to ensure on an on-going basis optimum total guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability
ensure the security and safety of guests and shipboard employees through established emergency procedures
